The Clerk said posh paper had always been used. (why not? the tax payer pays)

I asked the council to support obtain as much of Barleythorpe Field as possible
I also pointed out the council pays more money for its annual computer maintenance probably more than a new PC

I am not sure why the Town Council has now decided its insurance quotes
it has obtained are now commercially sensitive?

To decide whether to exclude the Press and Public under Section 2 of the Public
Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 during consideration of Item 15 on the
agenda due to the commercial sensitivity of the matters to be discussed
