This has to be the ugliest addition to Kings Road Oakham

So its no surprise some residents are not happy.
When this was a pub it had a very smart garden.

Now residents have this view, soon to be tarmacked to accept
delivery lorries accessed via residential streets.

I wonder why the Co-op did not just demolish the old pub all
that appears to remain are the outside walls.
