Oakham, Photographs, Mouse, Snowdrops, Crocus, sheep and more

The mouse kept peeking out its entrance to
it's home under the Oakham by-pass. It
was very quick the shot above is the best
of many attempts you can just catch a nose
and eye.

Below makes quite a nice front garden for the
mouse.

Rutland County Councils New Street Cleaning Team

Rutland County Councils New Street Cleaning Team Clean up the weekends Pizza

I have mentioned litter before and be attacked for photographing this in the past.
The situation in Oakham is getting worse and Rutland County Council seems blind to it.
It is about time someone from the council got of their backsides and walked the streets of Oakham, then they would see what I and many other residents are seeing.

The streets are not being cleaned as often as they should be even all the local rodents are having trouble eating all that is on offer.

Mrs Briggs says cuts are needed, there is no money! so lets get the enforcement officers out dealing with this very serious issue.

I noticed recent press coverage showing litter bugs are a very lucrative source of income to the council in Leicester.

If Rutland and Oakham wants to attract tourism, it needs to clean up.

I have been lucky enough to get out into our wonderful countryside, only to see where people park up cars and litter with beer cans and bottles. Its shameful.
