It is reported in the Rutland Times:
SPEEDING & DOG MUCK CONCERNS
SPEEDING traffic, dog fouling and a perceived lack of football pitches in Oakham were among the issues raised at councillor's surgery.
Oakham town councillor Joyce Lucas, of the North West ward, recently held a surgery for members of the public to raise any concerns.
She said it had proved a successful event, with people expressing concerns about motorists not heeding speed laws, dog owners not controlling their pets and a need for more football pitches
Councillor Lucas, Councillor Martin Brookes and Councillor Charles Haworth will be carrying out a ward walk from 10 am Saturday.
