Leicestershire police have been asked to investigate, the awarding of a £30,000 contract. for the restoration of Oakham bandstand.
Cllr Martin Brookes has reported Cllr Sharon Spencer to the Standards Committee.
Cllr Brookes is reporting Cllr Spencer's conduct at a meeting before the main Council meeting held at Victoria Hall Oakham on the evening of the 3rd March 2010.
