Dear Mr Pook.
I wish to make a formal complaint regarding the conduct of Cllr Alf Dewis at the extra meeting held by Oakham Town Council on the 5th May 2010.
Cllr Alf Dewis's manner was unprofessional and amounted to bullying.
He also suggested the assistant town clerk needed protecting from me.
He also forced the council to debate an illegal proposal to exclude me and interfere with democracy.
I understand Mr Dewis has many friends at Rutland County Council so I am not expecting the Standards committee to deal with this correctly. I witness Mr Dewis whispering in the ears of a number of councillors and staff after I made my last complaint and to my surprise when I attended the next standards committee those people were sitting at the table.
