Dear Mr Plews,
As you are aware I attend council meetings at RCC and have a coffee and this is most welcome and at one point you invited me to help myself.
Mr Begy has objected to this and demanded I let him know what Cllr gave me permission. I can not remember the name of the first, but I did remember yours.
I am sorry if this gets you into trouble with the boss.
I would like to say it surprises me the leader invloves himself with such petty issues.
Maybe he should help more with the far greater and more serious issues relating to Oakham Town Council.

Thank you for your e-mail No person will get into any trouble for inviting you take coffee with them.
Nor did I ask you not to continue with your coffee that you were pouring
The point was made politely that this cost centre comes under that of the members. You are welcome as a member of the public to attend our meetings
