Farting Oakham Town Councillor

Why is it that farting is so funny? at last nights council meeting a councillor did a lot of that. What is it about a pocket of air escaping from your colon? Is it the sound? The idea? or the Smell?

I wonder why I sitting on the other side of the room thought it was funny along with councillors who were sitting closest.

Apart from that I also found this weeks meeting very entertaining.

Agreeing with one of my adversary.

And witnessing all the frinedship shown towards the County Council.

I remembered the words of Cllr Jan Fillingham ,

I was greatly honoured to be the Chairman of the Council and the Mayor of Oakham in 2009 - 2010.
I saw a number of projects completed in that year as well as further cementing relationships with the County Council.

I am not sure when she provided that statement for the web site I wonder if it was before or after she attacked them in her awful end of year report.
