Cllr Alan Walters resigns from Oakham Town Council.
Oakham Town Clerk Richard White said Mr Walters resigned for personal reasons.
I would suggest it was mainly due to his harassment towards me and for his outburst at a Rutland County Council meeting when he called the Police Authority Chairman and Cllr Barry Roper at Twat.
Alan Walters has apologised to me on more than one occasion. Some people would like people to believe I am mad.
I wonder if this description is more fitting for Alan Walters and his other photographer friends and Councillors?
