Mr Charles McCreath has applied to fell 3 Pine Trees at the front of his home.
Cllr Lucas pointed out this Bungalow was built in the middle of Rutland original arboretum.
Councillors decided to recommend the removal of the tree closest to the property and the other two should be pruned and managed.
