Rutland County Council
Are Rutland County Council now going to reveal who sent homophobic and sexual comments via the council chamber internet service?
As you are aware I provided you with details of this crime and the police were also given IP details of the computer used to log onto the net at the council chamber and away form the chamber this included a 02 service and another in Uppingham.
I am concerned for the well being of this person due their obsession with me and now Miss Pender and the slanderous made about her in a letter to me containing, a scanned poster that was only provided to the legal department of Rutland County Council and Oakham Police.
S Dickson Oakham police was dealing with the hate crime relating to the comments of a homophobic nature sent via Rutland County Councils Internet. He has failed to act even though 02 told me they could provide customer details to the police.
Rutland County Council and the Police can not keep protecting this person or persons responsible for some very disturbing disgusting harassment.
I trust when I take my seat back Oakham Town Council the monitoring officer will be ensuring all conduct will be fair.
I would also like to point out what may be a serious breach of rules or standards. Last night myself and Mrs Pender spoke with a Oakham Town Councillor, who said he has been asked by the current chairman and Mayor Sharon Spencer to change his vote at the first meeting of the new council when the new chairman is elected, because she does not want to have to cast a vote if there is a draw. She has instructed him to vote for Cllr Alf Dewis and not Cllr Joyce Lucas.
I am minded to change my nomination and support Cllr Lucas as this could be very entertaining for the public, many will remember the planning meeting she chaired and the public went on to ask if she was of sound mind and remarked it was better than a episode of spitting image. It would be a disaster for Oakham Town Council if Councillor Lucas was elected as chair and possibly a dream for the power crazy clerk (please note I am saying this as a member of the public I am not a councillor until the 9th May) It is not surprising to hear Cllr Charles Haworth is going to nominate her.
I believe it is a serious breach for a councillor to attempt to influence another councillors vote as it appear Cllr Spencer has done.
