At the beginning of the election campaign I published a blog

So if you want change please vote on May 5th and don't vote Conservative
I that blog I refered to Councillor Conservative Councillor Gene Plews and said he nicked one
of my ideas. This was the parking issue in Woodland View, he appeared in the Rutland Times

Helen,

According to Mr Brookes latest campaign blog I have apparently nicked something?

I forwarded this onto Geoff Pook asking if this is acceptable to go forwards as standards
complaint against Mr Brookes along with all the others.

I will also be seeking legal advice from both My Solicitors Spearing Waite, and Bray and Bray in Leicester
on Tuesday morning.

Thank you for this I am sure Geoff will advise when he gets back into the office as will you solicitor.

Mr Brookes is not yet a councillor so I am not sure wether the standards board will consider,

If you are concerned re a breach of election rules the appropriate route is to the police.
