Back in April 2010 there was a general election and Mr Duncan's posters were damaged, this was highly publicised.

Both these Councillor stood down at the last election, Heather Wells and her husband both said the would prefer to work with Robert Mugabe than continue to work with Conservative Leader Roger Begy.
