Following your application for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal against
the Tribunal's decision for the above mentioned Appellant, the First-tier Tribunal
Local Governments Standards in England) has decided that permission has been
granted........
Descision on application for permission to appeal
1. In accordance with Rule 43(1) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal)
(General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 ("the rules") I have considered
whether to review the Tribunal's decision of 16th November 2011 in accordance
with rule 44.
2. Rule 44 provides that the Tribunal may only undertake a review of a decision:
(a) pursuant to rule 43(1) (review on an application for permission to appeal): and
(b) if its satisfied that there was an error of law in the decision.
A lot of paper work involved with this!

Ex Councillors Paul Beech, the respectable Mooning ex Mayor and School Governor Sue Tyers

a very Merry and Happy to Christmas to you and your anonymous supporters on twitter and via the Royal Mail.
I would call you all Idiots but I don't like that sort of "political tit for tat" as described by Rutland County Councils Standards Committee when used by Rutland County Councillors like Conservative Gene Plews
