Oakham Lawn Tennis Club v Residents rematch at Oakham Town Council
Following the meeting of Oakham Town Council's Planning and Parks Committee on the 23rd November the
Chairman received various communications from the Chairman of the Club. I do hope they were not as threatening as those sent to residents earlier this year. One of his letters was a formal request for the erection of floodlighting to three of the four courts. The Clerk said this will be discussed at a future date. Now I am sure the council passed a legally binding resolution on 23rd November 2011 No flood lights at the tennis club so what is there to discuss?
