“@leicspolice: #fact In 2011 complaints against Leics Police fell by 13%.”
So says the Chief Constable Simon Cole Via Twitter.
Is it because people have realised there is little or no point complaining, to an organisation that regulates itself?
Is it because of its cosy relationship with the Liecester branch of the IPCC?
this year we get the chance to elect a Police Commissioner, we are told there may not be a comfortable relationship with that person and the Chief Constable.
One officer complains on the BBC. This could politicise the police.
He needs to wake up we already have a politicised police force and authority here in Leicester.
You only have to look at the Chairman, Cuddly Conservative Rutland County Councillor Barry Roper.
Personally I don't care who becomes the new Police Commissioner for Leicestershire Constabulary as long as they are not a member of the rotten Melton and Rutland Conservatives or Rutland County Council. Then just maybe we won't ever get another police Inspector like Johnny Monks who supported the antics of these people whilst he was at Oakham police station.
