Council Leader Roger Begy reported on various methods of public avoidance
Recently the Tory Cabinet members along with Tory leader Roger Begy took the battle bus out to Tesco nnd Co-op supermarkets of Rutland to seek advice from the people should they increase the council tax or freeze.
Some members stood around and froze. Mr Begy said he found those members of the public who did speak to them were very helpful.
He went on to say he was very impressed with the various methods the others used to avoid him.
