I wanted to publish the payments list as previous months but a quick look at the sheet provided by Oakham Town Council appears to contain a number of errors. I will await their response.
for example the sheet shows
£570 and £13.15 was paid to Seven Trent Water this is the same as two payments made in December 2011
Hall for rent by BACS for the period of 01/01/12 - 31/03/12 The sum of £3060.00 was paid in December for the same period and again in January for the same period the sum of £2,550.00
£140 was paid to Rutland County Council for the Late Night Christmas Shopping Bus Service this was also shown as paid in December 2011.
£1000.00 was paid to Rutland County Council for the dog warden The sum of £1200 was paid in December 2011.
It also shows various payments made for electricity for the Christmas lights to shops no idea how each bill is calculated especially when most of lights were not working. Oakham Town Council paid its self a cheque payment £159.80 ???
