Regular readers of my blog will know I received a legal notice from Google re a photo link I post on my blog.
It claimed the owner of the photograph had complained.
I spoke with photographer Jim Harrison today, He said he was not responsible for the complaint that led to the removal of the photograph and a warning from Google.
He said it was a person shown in the photograph.
I don't suspect it was MP Alan Duncan. So it could have been Patsy Clifton or one of the other Conservative ladies. The person responsible is not in any of the others in the set because Jim said to use any of the others.
I can't be bothered to look and attempt to work out who it is, it just goes to show at least one of those 4 Tory ladies smiles is fake and they are also a liar.
I say liar because they a legal declaration to say the own the rights to Jim's photograph, and this why Google took action.
Jim said he is happy for me to re-link a image. In this case I feel its best not to and will be linking one of his youtube videos I enjoyed later today.
Jim Harrison has told I can link to any of his images, if at any time he feels he would not like an image used, he
will personally contact me.
So now will the rotten few Rutland and Melton Conservatives STOP attempting to close down my blog and move on and get a life.
Don't think I did not notice you flagged my Leicester Christmas photographs as offensive.
