Wilkinson Oakham is seeking planning consent for new signs and advertising panels.
When the store first opened it was asked to remove the advertising panels and turn some of the illumination off.
Its hard to believe this Leicestershire County Council permitted this large building to be built in what is now a conservation area here in Oakham.
The town council will be making comments at the next planning meeting.
