what we are doing and saying here, this is simply to get the point across that the town council cannot continue to operate the way it does, there are so many people that have voiced their opinion but who don't/can't make it to the council meetings this page is purely for those opinions and debate so this can be handed across and raised at the meetings by those who are able to attend. There is a "group" of councillors that are responsible however the first step is to begin with the mayor as he has overall "command" in the meetings and with payments etc and he successfully bullies and intimidates others into his views so we begin by showing the public will not stand for this anymore and then look at how things change once they see the public are starting to "wise up" if things don't change then we move onto the next and so forth. As I say this is no way a page for promoting any sort of violence or vandalism it is simply to post and voice Your concerns and at the end of the day it is our money as tax payers that they are wasting..

Personally I am pleased it's not just Cllr Joyce Lucas who recognises
that Oakham Town Council is failing. Of course she is one of the
main reasons for the council current state.
The new members Cllrs Vince Howard, Elliot or Mills
Jasmine can not be blamed for the failings
I also see an attempt to change being made by Cllr Lowe
The Culture of bullying and incompetence that is rampant for at least
the last five years at Oakham Town Council needs to be squashed.
