Fire at Grainstore Brewery Oakham Burns Night

Fire at Grainstore Brewery Oakham Burns Night

It appears there was a fire on the premises on Saturday (Burns Night) the Brewery  hopes to have the place cleaned up and ready for customers Tuesday evening.

It has been reported on Twitter, the Grainstore Brewery burned down last night. You can see from the photo above the bar looks in good order, although you can smell the smoke.

Apparently the a fire was in the kitchen area. A passing member of the public says he saw a person receiving treatment for smoke inhalation. Three appliances attended and remained for quite a few hours,

The Grainstore had planned A Burns night themed evening, it is not known if this has been transferred to Tuesday Burns day.
