Oakham Police, PCSO's and Complicated CCTV

Oakham Police, PCSO's and Complicated CCTV

One of Oakham's smallest shops possibly has more CCTV cameras than the BIG Brother House.

The system is so so complicated to use even two PCSO's had to resort to using Leicetershire Polices new body cams to retrieve footage from the monitor.

Oakham Police, Rutland LPU, Leicestershire Police, Dishonest and untrustworthy

Oakham Police, Rutland LPU, Leicestershire Police, Dishonest and untrustworthy

One thing 2013 has taught me there are plenty of dishonest officers serving
within Leicestershire and Rutland Police.

I have also learnt you can not trust them with letters, especially if it's a complaint
against one of them.

Normally I would ask for a receipt for any letter delivered to Leicestershire Police.

One occasion I found the police station closed, so I thought it would be safe to
use the police stations post box, wrong!

PC Joe Lloyd (Beacon Officer) Collar number: 1312

PC Lloyd joined Leicestershire Police in December 2001 having previously served in the Armed Forces.
He started his career in Melton Mowbray where he served in several roles.
In 2007 he joined an Immigration crime team that worked in partnership with the UK Border Agency.
The role has exposed him to multi agency working which which assists in  his role as PBO for Oakham Town.

PC Lloyd is one of a few decent honest officers here in Rutland.

He is well known and popular here in Oakham. The young children at the local special needs school always look forward to his visit at Christmas time, although I think they might not realise who he is.

Trick or Treat Yes/No Poster, Rutland County Council, Leicestershire Police, Oakham Police

The police and local councils are hoping to reduce the number of calls they receive on Halloween night by encouraging people to trick and treat only where they are welcome.

Last year the police received 112 non urgent calls about anti-social behaviour on October 31st - on average the force receives 68 calls a day about anti-social behaviour. This is however a 54% reduction compared to 2008 when the force took 247 calls in one night.
A joint campaign is being launched, including Rutland County Council, to reduce the number of complaints about Halloween related anti-social behaviour.  Double sided posters are being distributed with two messages: residents who want trick or treaters can display the message, ‘Trick or treaters welcome here,’ and those who don’t, can display the side that says, ‘No thanks.’

Assistant Chief Constable, Phil Kay, the Force’s lead on anti-social behaviour, said; “We do see a significant increase in calls relating to anti-social behaviour on Halloween night and we want to encourage trick and treaters to respect people’s wishes and not to knock on doors where they are not welcome.  It is also important however to remember that there will be many young people knocking on doors in the spirit of Halloween and, if done in the right manner, that isn’t anti-social behaviour.
“We want to encourage residents to be tolerant of young people who are trick or treating but we wish to support residents who do experience genuine problems.   We’d encourage parents to accompany young children and take time to talk to their older children about responsible trick or treating and to find out what their plans are for Halloween and where they are going to be.”
Extra officers will be patrolling on Halloween night, including Special Constables, and many will be conducting joint patrols with volunteers, colleagues from community safety partnerships and street pastors.”
The posters can be picked up from front counters in police stations or downloaded from the Leicestershire Police and local council websites. They are also being put in libraries, council offices and community centres.
A presentation encouraging children to understand what anti-social behaviour is and to show them how to enjoy Halloween sensibly without upsetting local people has been put together with the Youth Offending Service and has been sent to all schools in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to be delivered by teachers in classrooms and assemblies.
Local councils are also running a series of Halloween related activities which will be advertised on their websites.
Partners will be tweeting helpful advice throughout the Halloween period using the hashtag  #saferhalloweenLLR
It rained last year.

Oakham Town Council, Oakham Police Corruption, Grant Applications

Oakham Town Council, Oakham Police Corruption

Earlier this year I found an Oakham Town Councillor had presented a grant application to the Council.
There were issues with the application, criminal issues.

I notified Oakham Town Council and Melton Borough Council. (The applicants said they were also intending to make a similar large claim from that council, I notice that council no longer awards public money in this way, something Oakham Town Council should consider)

I also notified Oakham Police who were not interested in my complaint. An organisation who
listened to 10 idiots connected to local governance and then proceeded to treat me in the most
despicable manner.

The application was withdrawn at the meeting. The Clerk told the Councillor not to say anything. I imagine he learnt that from his father a ex Oakham Police Officer.

Oakham Mayor Alf Dewis always with his hands in
pockets with the police comfortable in there
I am surprised there is room for his hands
when  I meet him I never shake his hand it might be damp?

Regular readers will know the past issues, I had with the former LPU commander Inspector Johnny Monks,
who lived in the pocket of Rutland County Council and Oakham Town Council and the disgraceful small
mob that supports them.

Inspector Kam Mystry

I was rather stupid to think anything would change when Inspector Kam Mystry took over. He can't even
look me in the eye.

He wrote to me and suggested, the police need not take any action against the Councillor because the Town
Council can deal with it.

He was wrong, so I persisted with my complaining.

The police wrote to me, I received the above letter today it took 3 months for them to reply to one of my complaints. I had received a previous reply complaining about me complaining and that officer suggested I sent my complaints to Inspector Kam Mystry, he wrote and told me email was inappropriate and I should pay to call 101 disgraceful...

They have failed to answer one of my questions, which of the two lodges Inspector Mystry belongs to. I can not think of any other reason why he failed to take action against the Councillor who belongs to two.

Six months on the Councillor and another person are now subject to criminal investigation by Leicestershire Constabularies Economic Crime unit.

In the meantime Oakham Town Councillors, Dewis, Lucas, Haworth, Lowe along with Rutland Tory Mobster Gene Plews and his team of retired depraved ex Councillors and supporters don't call for this Councillors resignation. Why?

Are they blogging and sending them filthy letters with the support of Oakham Police?

No of course not they continue to attack me because this Councillor who set out to defraud the tax payer
is such a good charity worker.

Is that what they used to say about Jimmy Saville?

Why are they not running to their friends at the Rutland Times?

Simple answer he is one of the mob, If the looks from the husband of the woman who lied to police a friend of this councillor could kill, I would be dead by now. I wonder how long the intimidation will continue?

Each year Oakham Town Council gives away tax payers money to their friends in the form of community grants.

They all feel as if they are beyond reproach.

Cllr Dodds gave away public money, Instead of returning the large sum of unused  money to the council.
No action was taken because the a solicitor advised the council it was their fault because they awarded the grant with no conditions attached.

They don't call for her resignation why?

Because in her own words "we have always done things this way"

The Councillor currently being investigated still attends meetings, Their input is next to nothing, They do not speak at the infrequent points of debate.

I wonder if they are charged, will they still attend meetings.

Will we read about in the Rutland Times? All so often ready to publish anything the mob tell them about me.

Oakham Police protect Mr Tyers and Councillor Haworth

After tonight's Oakham Town Council meeting, Mr Tyers approached me in a threatening manner, I can easily explain this by saying he invaded my space. He asked when I was going to get a job and stop sponging. If I was offered a job I would start tomorrow. Mr Tyers then went onto say I was was worse than a paedophile this was witnessed like the last time he called me a paedophile. There is little point in reporting his behaviour to the police because I know they won't act. Surely after two years he should take Richard Adams advice and draw a line under all this. It was very clear his life is a very unhappy one.

Mr Tyers why don't you ask your friend Councillor Charles Haworth to get a job. Oh no he can't because he claims for caring for his able mother. In his statement made to Standards for England he says she is partially sighted and then asks for that to be removed from his statement, can't think why he would say such a thing about his mother then change his mind, did he suddenly realise that was one lie to far? Why would a Councillor be confused about the state of his mothers health?
