Its been a long time coming, Oakham Town Council is to consider a draft on March 2nd 2011.
It is currently being proof read.
I trust Cllr Alf Dewis and Cllr Sharon Spencer are not going to leave Oakham Town Council with another mess in May?

Oakham Road Closures for Rutland Air Training Corps
There will be a rolling road closure on Sunday 6th February to allow a parade by the Air Training Corps to take place in Oakham.
The Road Closures will start from 3.15pm

Next Generation Communities Symposium Uppinham, Oakham Town Council
The Town Clerk reported at last nights meeting there will be a event 21st - 22nd ? He did not read publicly the full details of the event. (Oakham Town Council is not transparent or open)
He said the event is mainly related to Uppingham, but if Councillors wished to attend the cost was £95 + VAT per ticket and the Council would reclaim the VAT.

Waitrose Oakham Rutland A Public Consultation
A public consultation on the proposals will be taking place on the 18th and 19th February at the Whipper-In-Hotel Oakham.

Waitrose is proposing to build a new store on Barleythorpe Road.
Councillors have been invited to a private screening on Thursday 17th February, They have all received advice from Rutland County Councils Monitoring Officer on how they should conduct themselves if they attend.
