Chairman's notices were given to members on paper. The chairman then said if you can see around our leader you will notice (he retracted his comment and left the subject of obesity to Mr Begy to mention later in the meeting) a new addition on the wall. The Rutland And Melton Conservative Association Patrons Club to starve members..
Oakileaks has been told The Patrons Club of the Rutland and Melton Conservative Association is on the verge of bankruptcy.
Sadly a numbers of wealthy members died last year.
The Chairman Mr Westropp is not sure if he will need to increase the Clubs membership fee or to hold the lunch every 2 years instead of each year as they currently feast.
This may go some way to help with the current obesity epidemic.

Northamptonshire Visitors to Oakham Rutland, were disappointed
Northamptonshire Visitors to Oakham Rutland, were disappointed to find things closed due to Rutland County Council Cuts
After a trek from the Castle they found the Museum is also Closed on Monday's
I advised them Wednesday is a good day to visit as everything is open and its Market Day.
If the Council is going to close these places on Monday to save cash, could they consider turning of the outside lights during the day! The saving could pay for the part time librarian they asking the Town Council to fund.
