Oakham in Bloom Peacock Outside Library Approved by Oakham Town Council

Members approved the installation of the Peacock donated by HMP Ashwell.
The Mayor Cllr Joyce Lucas said "it will look sensational"
During Deputations I raised the point the Peacock is the national bird of India and maybe the Mayor and Deputy might like to contact India and twin with a town so she and her could enjoy a exchange jolly.
