Oakham Town Council Extra Meeting
Wednesday 15th September 2010
The meeting started on time
The following Councillors were present.

Cllr Swiffen This councillor was rather rude he left the meeting twice without apologising to the Chairman and failed to return the second time.

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr Charles Haworth and Cllr Jan Fillingham.
Cllr Charles Haworth had an undisclosed prior engagement.
As this was an additional meeting perfectable acceptable.
Cllr Jan Fillingham was able to communicate with the council this week.
There was a surprise change in the room
2 members voted against and 2 abstained, I have chose not to name those members because I would not want them to be subjected to the same shit her mob has subjected me to over the last year and a half.
I will say, a Councillor should not abstain an elector expects a clear view from their councillor.
At Declarations of Interest Cllr Tor Clark informed the Council of a personal and prejudicial interest relating to item 10 on the agenda. This was because he had already on two previous occasions informed Rutland County Council of his views relating to the Tesco planning application.
