In a previous blog I complain about Cllrs delegating powers relating to planning application to the Town Clerk.
In his report handed out at the previous meeting he states he made the decisions.
Since raising my concern I have been sent a letter stating The Clerk consulted with the Chairman, Vice Chairman and the Tree Warden who I assume is still Cllr Joyce Lucas.
I accept this may have been the case but it does not change my view, all planning applications put to the Town Council should be advertised and considered in a full public meeting.
