The Council had been asked by Rutland County Council to Consider a document Local Development Framework Core Strategy Proposed Submission Document.
Before I start can I just say that Cllr Mark Woodcock is not a stupid person.
Cllr Mark Woodcock spoke first he said he did not understand the document and described it as a typical Rutland County Council document.
It is my understanding it contains mistakes
Cllr Lorna Grey said she attended the Parish Forum at Rutland County Council and had to endure one of the most dreadful presentations she had ever seen.
It was proposed and accepted the Town Council would not been seen to be just rubber stamping this awful document, Councillors would go away and write about 2 or 3 points they felt were important ready for next weeks meeting.
