Oakham Town Council fits a new stable door to office photograph
The council has bought a new door and asked a carpenter to fit it and cut it in half.
The few visitors received by Oakham Town Council will be greeted by the Clerk or the assistant opening just the top half if they don't like what they see on the CCTV monitor.
