Oakham Town Council Clerk Signed Postage Machine Lease Agreement without consent
A Oakham Town Councillor revealed this week one of the many things the council attempts to hide from the public.
The Clerk signed a lease agreement for a postage franking machine, tying the council into a long term costly contract the council is obliged to pay.
The Clerk did not seek consent from the council.
I was also told the previous clerk shredded important council documents.
