Oakham Town Council £1000 repair of Royce Recreation Swing
Third time lucky is the hope of Oakham Mayor Joyce Lucas, she said previously the swing was damaged because of the massive publicity around the time of installation, this in turn attracted a mass visit from outsiders.
When I passed today, I could not see any difference in the way it was being used previsiously. Its a popular piece of equipment.
The Town Council is currently borrowing £50,000 to refurbish the toddlers play area.
