The HMV Forum was built in 1934 and was originally an art deco cinema.
After the closure of the cinema
The Town & Country Club was established
as a new music venue and was returned
to its original name The Forum in 1993.
Since its purchase in 2007 the venue has undergone a major refurbishment which includes the option for seated shows. A favourite medium scale venue on the London circuit and situated on the edge of Camden, everyone from Prince to The Killers, Morrissey to Jay-Z has played at the venue.

Camden London First Openly Gay Mayor

Camden London has its first openly Gay Mayor, I wonder if his local is the Black Cap?

Cllr Jonathan Simpson took up office durring a pack ceremony which included singing by the London Gay Men's Chorus.

Now that sounds fun!

Somehow I can't see that happening here in Oakham
