The most senior Tory councillor in Telford offered to take an opponent outside to ‘shut him up’ after being compared to one of the seven dwarves.

Tories' Corby candidate Christine Emmett thinks her party's leadership does not know what it is doing

Congratulations to Rutland blogger Martin Brookes for finding this insight into the
thinking of the newly selectedConservative candidate in the Corby by-election.
It dates from last year.

Come to think of it, someone with contempt for David Cameron would fit in very
well on the Tory backbenches. 

But she is unlikely to make it to the Commons, at least from Corby.
