Carol Chambers, I am asked who is she? as far as I know

Mrs Briggs sacked most of the old directors at RCC.

She needed a helper,  she chose Carol Chambers, who does a wonderful job

I am guessing she does not support the councils policy

on green transport issues, nice big 4x4 is her preferred mode of transport.
