Oakileaks has just received an original copy of a Telemessage from Severn Trent Water, addressed to C of E Primary School on Burley Road.  This was a demand for arrears of £741.14, threatening full recovery action and a County Court Judgement and disconnection in the case of failure to pay.

It was accompanied by a handwritten note, which I have destroyed to protect my source, which said that if Councillors had spent less time harassing me and attending to Council business perhaps the education system might be better and more efficiently run. 

I whole heartedly agree with the tenor of the handwritten note.  If Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council spent less time focusing on my blog and actually doing the job for which the officers are paid and the Councillors are allegedly elected to do, perhaps this type of incident would not occur.  It is an indictment of the whole ‘local governance’ system in Oakham and frankly those who have been using the Council computers to post messages on my blog claiming to be committed to ‘local governance’ and threatening my imminent arrest and incarceration should cover their anonymous faces in shame.

It has been brought to my attention Helen Briggs is annoyed I published content from her Facebook and

Cllr Nick Wainwright's, new application "I share sex with friends"

She is accusing me of breaching her privacy.

Facebook is within the public domain and if I do republish any content it is no different from republishing a letter she may have written and was publish in a news paper.

I learnt the hard way and my Facebook is set to private, to the extent my friends and family can not see who are my friends.

If the Chief Executive and other Councillors want a private life then they should consider their usage of social networking site that are in the public domain.

Internet Abuse from Rutland County Councillor or Officer Also 02 Customer

Can Leicestershire Police and Rutland County Council Confirm they are contacting 02 to seek the identity of the person responsible for posting homophobic and hate comments of a sexual nature on my blog since August 2010.

I have provided both with the IP address's to assist.

As you know after I found some of these comments were posted from the Council Chamber at Rutland County Council, I tagged the equipment using Tracemyip.

Outside the council chamber the ip address's used has never changed.

Only last week the person posted a comment containing not previously published cabinet matters. So I am correct to assume this person is a Rutland County Councillor or a Officer.

It is unacceptable for the police and Rutland County Council to allow this person to continue.

They have also caused distress and upset to my friends and family with the comments of a sexual nature.

It is not acceptable to just block my blog via County Councils Computers, it is clear this person is sick and needs to be dealt with.

Standard For England Oakham Town Council Rutland County Council

Dear Oakham Town Council,

I would like to know why it is acceptable for the chairman of Oakham Town Council finds it funny when a resident complains about anti social behaviour from one of the councils facilities? finishing with the suggestion they should not live near a park.

Why did the council refuse to give me the name and address of the person who wrote the letter, I can not see any reason why this request was ignored as I was her ward councillor at the time?

Why has  Oakham Town council refused to provide me with information requested in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act.

I also made a simmillar request of Leicester City Council. The have failed to comply and provide correspondence including my name between there office and Oakham Town Council. Good to see how Clerks stick together.

If Oakham town council has nothing to hide then you would comply with my request.

I also would like to know why Mr David Burton knows so much about my standards case? He is a friend of ex Councillors and current Councillors.

His Twitter states its fucking hilarious, he also twitters I will be banned from public office. I don't find any of this funny.

The bullying by this group has gone on for far to long.

I would also like a list of names from Cllr Lucas, she states she does not call me a paedophile, many people know this is a lie. She states she here this description used at Rutland County Council, I do believe this, you only have to read Mr Harrison's Blog or Mr Burton's Twitter.

As I am copying this email to standards and publishing it on my blog, I would like Standards for England to answer the following.

Is it not the job of your investigators to point out lies they find from their investigations.

For example when Cllr Dewis clearly state he and others witnessed me acting in a agressive manner towards the Clerk Mr White, then the Clerk says this is not true in his statement.

Cllr Charles Haworth lies stating his mother is partially sited and retracts it a few second later by saying don't include that in my statement.

It is is in the public interest for people to know their councillors are liars.

Why do you not act upon other illegal activity such as Cllr Dewis private meetings to get rid off me, he admits these in his statements but other councillors lie in there statement by saying they did not happen.

I would also like to know why the tribunal and Standards, for England have ignored my letters stating I can not afford to travel, Leeds, seek legal advice or be represented at the tribunal.

The tax payer will be footing the bill for your legal representation.

It is unfair and unjust.
