Oakham Rugby Football Club U9s Clean Up Oakham

The U9s of Oakham Rugby Football Club (RFC) took to the streets of Oakham today to pick up litter. Ashton, Ollie, Josh, Bayden, Archie, Ellis, Luca, Peyton, Nayer, and Harper worked as a team to collect 10 large bags of litter, covering most of the public parks in the area. They even picked up some things they couldn't physically carry! They finished their clean-up in the grounds of Oakham Castle.

The children are raising money to reduce the cost of the 2024 Oakham RFC U9-U12 Rugby tour. They want to offset the costs of representing their rugby club and the sport they love to play.
