Jonathan Hedley Oakham School Pupil is running a half marathon each day for the next 25 days, raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) please donate if you can.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) are leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Campaign Against Living Miserably are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. They exist to change this.

For Johnathan to run a half marathon each day is a big task 22km each day.

Last year, Jonathan also ran 10km a day over two weeks to raise money and awareness for national charity Neuroendocrine Cancer UK, receiving over £2,750 in donations.

I run 5km each day and only over the last 9 weeks have I started doing one 10k a week its very hard work so I can only imagine how hard it will be for Jonathan to run, 22km each day. I wish him good luck and hope he raises lots of money for his good cause.

A Christmas Celebration: Carols by Candlelight, an evening of beautiful carols by candlelight in All Saint's Church, Oakham Rutland, In partnership with the Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland, Dr Sarah Furness.
