Protester Barracades Barclays Bank plc. 14 High St West, Uppingham
A Rutland Gentleman apparently unhappy with his bank decided to
block the entrance to the bank with his 4x4 vehicle a little before 11.00am today.
The local constabulary were called and he ended his protest after five minutes!
People really don't know how to protest here in Rutland, he should have at
stayed a few minutes more.
The reason his protest is not known, maybe Barclays cancelled the direct debit
for the 4x4 payments?
