This Leicestershire Police Officer is a terrible driver.
The road has been blocked since last weekend's major fire at the wig shop,
but the officer tried to drive on the busy pavement and gave up.

Leicester Monsters: Was a Fun and Spooky Trail for All Ages

This autumn, Leicester city centre was been transformed into a playground for giant inflatable monsters! The Leicester Monsters trail featured nine playful creatures, each with their own unique personality. Visitors could see Tentacle Terry peeking over the roof of the John Lewis department store, Nosey Bonk sniffing the air outside the Cathedral Church of St Martin, and Groaner growling at passers-by from the top of the Curve Theatre.

A iconic Leicester landmark is being restored to its former glory, after a painstaking process to bring it back to life. The Maples sign, which once stood proudly above the department store on Granby Street, has been returned to its rightful place, after being removed in the 1990s. The sign was originally installed in 1931.
