Cottesmore Hunt Boxing Day Meet Market Place Oakham Rutland Christmas 2017

Cottesmore Hunt Boxing Day Meet Market Place Oakham Rutland Christmas 2017

Cllr Joyce Lucas BEM
Looking happy for once.

Sir Alan Duncan MP for Rutland and Melton

One for the records?

Above man Rutland Old Guard Mob whatever
description fits?

People like this man are fortunately few
here in Oakham and Rutland these days

apparently I recently took a photograph of this
gentleman with out his consent some time ago
he would not remind me of when, He felt it was
just appropriate to attempt to intimidate me
with his tiny camera. I don't mind people
taking photos of me as I do take photos of many
others and in a public place it is not unlawful.
After he had taken a couple of photos or more from
various points. I was not that happy when he stood a little
to close. So I asked him if he would like a photograph of
me with Tory Cllr Councillor William Cross who he was
chatting with. He responded he had enough for his record
I asked Cllr William Cross who the gentleman was and
he told me a resident who has lived here a lot longer than
me. Oh well no know problem once again I learnt if your
born and bred in Rutland it appears to give you a right to
behave in a odd. Happy Christmas to the man.
It was quite funny he hold his camera like
Cllr Lucas.
