Uppingham Rutland Begging of different kinds photographs

When you out about visiting a small towns like Oakham & Uppingham, its difficult to know who should be given some money.. Is it the Air ambulance or the Big Issue Seller standing behind the lady with the yellow bucket or the buskers? The ponies, the dogs, the donkeys? I am not saying none of these are a good need, but its hard when you live on JSA and nearly every day you pass people who want some of your money.
