Last year Oakham Town Council awarded the CAB a few extra thousand pounds because there good work which was stretched by the financial crash. This year the CAB has applied for the same amount a bit cheeky, but I am sure they will receive it, even if Cllr Lucas and Dewis declare their interest and leave the room on Wednesday.
