Cllr Nowells Wife seeks £2500 Grant from Oakham Town Council application maybe fraudulent

Cllr Nowells Wife seeks £2500 Grant of Oakham Town Council

the quotes provided by the applicant are interesting and suggest the application maybe fraudulent

Giblin Property Services, 19 sheppards close
Heighington LN4 1TU

Mob: 07540 687480

No information for this company can be found on-line. However a search of the mobile phone number provided  brings up in Yell .com
Wet Rooms
|
  • Wet Rooms
  • Bathroom Design & Installation
  • Plumbing
  • Refurbishments

The address appears to be the home of::

The Revd Langley Mackrell-Hey
Methodist Minister to the Lincoln South Circuit
& Director, Shine Photographics and Media
19 Sheppards Close
Heighington
LINCOLN
LN4 1TU

It looks like the Minister has moved into property maintenance? There is a common interest here
Cllr Nowell is also a photographer.

The applicant has also supplied a quote from:

Leet, 22 Stevenson Close Licoln LN4 1GP

A quick google of the address also throws up something interesting, it is an address used by

Davies And Son
22 Stevenson Close,
Heighington,
LINCOLN
LN4 1GP
www.daviesbuilderfix.co.uk

So I am a little confused as to who Leet are?

There is also another quote from Davies And Son and this is for less?

And why would the same company provide  three quotes for the same job quoting three very different
prices?

I think this smells slightly of a dishonest application and to think Cllr Nowell once told me he thought Oakham Town Council is corrupt.

I will pass this information onto the police at Leicester to investigate.

Cllr Nowell might like to consider his position on Oakham Town Council.
