Cllr Charles Haworth, finally decided to resign from Oakham Town Council this morning.

Cllr Charles Haworth had been a  town councillor since 2008.

A year ago Cllr Charles Haworth's conduct was described by the district judge.  

John Temperley, as 'crude and crass and homophobic.’

At court we learnt Mr Haworth did not act alone, two former Oakham Mayors were

name as his partners in crime, Jim Harrison and Paul Beech. Mr Haworth claimed 

he had forgotten his other four friends names whilst responding to questioning in

court.

Mr Haworth's resignation comes whilst Leicestershire Police Anti Corruption Unit

and the IPCC are carrying out an investigation into five case of corruption.

The five cases involved Oakham Town Council, Rutland County Council Chief Executive

Helen Briggs, Rutland County Councillors Conservative Leader Roger Begy and Co. that includes

the former Conservative Gene Plews.

I am still awaiting their resignations.

All these people have either committed or condoned Homophobic, Racist or Anti Semitic Hate Crimes.

In my deputation at Wednesday's Planning and Parks Meeting I the issue of Charles Haworth
failing his ward by not attending meeting and question why he was permitted to attend the working
group to spend tax payers.

Shortly after my deputation Councillor Joyce Lucas announced Cllr Charles Haworth's resignation
from the working group.

Are the council now listening or is that to much to hope.

Is it to much to hope that Cllr Haworth will soon extend that to a complete and justified resignation from the council, surely this is a better option than disqualification.

My Flickr accounts were constantly closed and I lost a lot of money each time BT Yahoo closed them.

Rutland  County Council and Oakham Town Council objected to some of my photographs and
lawful comment.

Back in 2010 it was easy to secure the closure of Flickr accounts. You made a report and as you can see from Councillor Haworth's email correspondence distributed by Former Oakham Mayor Jim Harrison
he appears to be surprised by the instant response and action taken to close my account for the last time.

When  I questioned Rutland County Council about this activity at a public meeting the admitted
they were responsible for the closure of my accounts, but it was not their intention to have the
accounts closed. They objected to comments and images posted and wanted them removed.

Why did they take the blame for Oakham Town Councillor Haworth's actions?

Did they ask him to do it?

Why did  Leicestershire Police recently asked him to access my Facebook account to
see if I was discussing my trial on-line?

The same has happened to some of my Yfrog accounts which I used to host images
for this blog. resulting in missing images on this blog.

One example was when I posted images of Leicester City Councils Beatrice Potter
Christmas display all those  images were flagged as offensive. I can only assume
that was also Cllr Haworth attempting to disrupt by blog after all that his and the
local authorities goal!

In this email from Councillor Charles Haworth to Elaine Smith at Inclusive Design
A firm of Architects who employed a former Rutland County Council Planning Officer 
who was co-opted onto Oakham Town Council. Cllr Matthew Taylor very quickly 
resigned after I blogged  about a letter sent to the council when the resident this
email is mainly about was told Matthew had become her ward councillor along with
Haworth and Lucas.

Once again Cllr Haworth is including my name, at this point I had only just met the
resident he is writing about. 

This is also the year Cllr Haworth Cllr Harrison and Former Mayor Paul Beech started
their disgusting homophobic attacks against me on the Rutland County Council
chat forum. At that point in time, I did not know Cllr Haworth.

Cllr Haworth also admits sending the firm an anonymous postcard on behalf 
"the people of Oakham"

Disgusting this man should resign, he is unfit to be a councillor

It is also very clear from all the emails I that have lawfully been forwarded to me most of Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council knew about the disgusting conduct I and others have been subjected
to for many years and Leicestershire Police have assisted these people to carry out their very
vindictive and nasty attacks against me and other residents.

Now I can see why Inspector Monks frequently met with Haworth in the computer room at Oakham library and why the police switched there interest to me and failed to prosecute Haworth and others and won't review their decision not to prosecute the councillor now despite DS McDonalds offer to do so even before
the District Judge had found me not guilty of their trumped up charges. Cllr Haworth committed acts perjury in court.

At the meeting of parks and recreation committee Wednesday 26th May 2010
Cllr Charles Haworth refused to allow me as a Councillor to make a proposal relating to agenda item:

10. Cutts Close

To consider any issues raised and to make appropriate decisions thereon.
To include:

(i) To decide on a colour for the iron work on the bandstand.

When I made several attempts to propose a vote Cllr Haworth refused to listen to my proposal and insisted time have moved things on because the matter had previously been decided outside the meeting.

His refusal to allow me to make a proposal is a clear breach of his new position as chairman of this committee, Also a breach of my rights as a councillor according to the local government act.

This is another example of the councils intent to obstruct my work as a Councillor.

I think it is very bad form that you decided to forward my personal email to Jan to Martin to create even more ongoing problems. I support Martin Brookes and think he has been bullied but I also think he treated Jan unfairly. And its undeserving. You will not succeed in driving a wedge between those who support him.

Aside, I think you have personalised this way too much. You are acting like a child simply because I rejected your advances. I do not find you attractive as I have told you on many occasions. I find your type of promiscuity a total turn off. As I told you before, I have a long term lover and am not in the business of acting like a slut. You , as we all know, frequent gay brothels. I find the way Martin Brookes has acted regards your good self to be quite vile
I do find the way you treated an aged woman to be quite vile? Do I think that all the other stuff you have done is the same? Nope.
Do I find lardboy to be a repulsive bully? Yes.
Have I sent you hate mail? Absolutely not, Ive always supported your cause. You really should have spoken to me before posting that - I thought we were mates.

For those who are interested this is the man in America who is hosting the new Rutland Chat Forum, the friend of R45PUT1N. http://www.myspace.com/lee_kington TUCSON, Arizona, US He has now removed his photo bucket account. Because this contained images linking him to two Rutland Villages Tixover and Brooke. Brooke church yard contains his family grave. http://penoflight.com/ is also his site based on the same server. You will notice he is a photographer, a common link to about 50% of the forum members. He has also placed a link to the forum on this website The people who run the Rutland Chat Forum think now the Chat Forum is based on a friends server in America this will protect them. If they start their normal campaigns of slurring people, that is far from the truth. Because people can deal with one person rather than a huge American company.

I hope all is well with you.
I have some important information for you. And I am prepared to assist you.
I placed your email on the new Rutland chat forum requesting some clarification as to why they allowed false information about you to be posted to the old forum. The result was a very amateurish attempt by R45PUTIN and the new Admin to upload malware to my server/PC. As you know, I.T is my business and the trojan was immediate identified, quarantined and cleaned. The explanation for this was my 'trolling'. However, at this point in the time 'trolling' is not a crime,engaging in malicious attempts to penetrate, log and ultimately damage property is criminal damage. This is clear.
I note that you have had some contact with the police yet they were unwilling to assist as 'trolling' is indeed not a crime! I also suggest that if a successful attempt has been made and your PC lacks the appropriate protection then your PC could now be controlled by the Rutland chat team. The malware is, as I said, very schoolboy, but it is a breach all the same.
I have spent some time tracing its origin and I have also, through my IT business contacts been in contact with freeforums. The reason being it would be difficult for an investigation to reach America, however, the freeforms Rutland chat forum has comprehensive records of who was previously running the forum IE R45PUTIN as well as comprehensive IP information.
A link on freeforums to the new forum clearly illustrates that the linkage and intent and is, in my opinion and the opinion of my company's legal dept to at least raise questions officially.
So, if you are willing, I would like you to log into my own secure website, I would guide you through some step via a chat screen and there I will be able to conduct a remote deep scan of your PC, quarantine any offending items that may have been been instigated through the new site. By doing so, you will clearly have reason to take this further. However, this will involve my continued discussions with freeforums to prove who was running the freeforums Rutland chat forum as they will ONLY release this if it were a criminal case, evidence of linkage to the States (via the freeforums notice posted on the old site) and I would also reveal R45PUTIn's identity, which freeforums/his IP can confirm) so you possess the full mix of evidence of potential criminal damage.
Whilst I personally find the attempt quite amusing, I find their treatment of you despicable and damaging to you and now, potentially, your PC.
