A & P Breeze Oakham 29A High St Oakham, Rutland LE15 6AH Photograph 2011

The last truly cutomer service led shop will be closing it doors for the last time this Saturday after 44 years of trading in Oakham.due to Oakham jeweller Alan Breeze retiring.

It surprises me the owner can be such a nice person when he is a Rotary and Mason member.

Leaving that aside I wish him a happy retirement.

ONE OF Oakham’s oldest shops will shut its doors for good on Saturday.
Jewellery business A & P Breeze has been serving customers in High Street for 44 years. Proprietor Alan Breeze, 82, is retiring – a little reluctantly – to spend more time with his family, in his beloved garden and on holiday.
He leaves behind a large and loyal customer fanbase, many of whom were keeping him busy this week with last-minute watch and jewellery repairs and with wishing him well for the future.
