Leicestershire Police, The Assistant Chief Constable and the IPCC Merry Go Round, Cllr Haworth, Helen Briggs

This week I received a letter from The Assistant Chief Constable who appears to have no knowledge
of any formal complaints from me or anyone regarding, The special relationship his force enjoys with Mrs Helen Briggs CEO of Rutland County Council and Oakham Town council.

I replied to him and did has he suggested I made a formal complaint to the IPCC , although I did mention
it is a pointless task. Because for years now I seem to find the issue spins around in circles.

I emailed the IPCC in London and you guess it they sent back to the IPCC in Leicester they share the same coffee machine as the Chief Constable but claim to be independent?

They have asked me to contact Leicestershire Police with my complaint!

So:

Dear Mr Kay,

get your act together arrest Councillor Charles Haworth charge him, you have signed admissions
of his unlawful conduct, so when he stands in front of the District Judge you won't get crap on your'e face
because he is guilty.

I imagine you are worried he will change his plea and drop his friends like Inspector Johnny Monks in it up to to their necks?

If you treated the reporting of homophobic hate crimes seriously especially when you obtained an admission of guilt I would not be complaining!

Kind Regards

From

Martin Brookes

Oakham Police Seize VW Golf, Burley Road Oakham, Photographs

I am not sure why one man and his dog had to walk home
today.

Leicestershire Police have been clamping down on
drivers stopping them for the Fatal 4.

One obvious reason for the seizure of this drivers
car is he needed a couple of special screws.

No number plate.

Most of Leicestershire Police's remaining Local Police
Units offer free special screws. Apparently number plate
theft is common throughout Rutland.

Phil Kay, Assistant Chief Constable, Leicestershire Police, Oakham, Rutland

My Reply:

Dear Sir,

I have received a letter from you relating to unspecified public allegations of police and council corruption.

I find it strange you say you have no record of any formal complaints.

Personally I have made many complaints in the last four years and Leicestershire Police have failed to act on nearly all of them.

It's fact a detective from the Professional Standards complained in a statement
that I had made a least three in the same number of years, I suggest communication amongst the many high ranking officers within in your force
is very poor as I believe my formal complaints have now passed in double figures.

Referring to the growing public criticism of your force  I must point out I do not and can not speak for the Rutland County Councillors who have taken their protests to the streets of  Oakham. I merely photograph and report those events.

Although I will add now with so many people complaining about the police
relationship with our local councils can we all be wrong?

As for my complaints, I have approached the IPCC many times they are pointless, Inspector Monks spoke to them and said my complaints were just malicious? When I complain they often refer to comment and take no action.

I am currently taking the first steps towards legal action against the chief
constable for defamation, In respect to Sgt Wharton's Twitter activity and his conduct in court when he falsely accused me of stalking and harassing him last year. In court he forgot the truth at times and stated twice, I was nuts repeating his twitter comment, not something you would expect from a officer in front of a district judge?

I wrote to the chief constable after the case about Sgt Wharton I
hand delivered the letter via Oakham Police Station, once again this
important letter was lost.

The LPU commander wrote to me, advising me that I should not use Oakham Police Station for internal post used to communicate with officers outside of that station, what sort of message does that send out?

I reproduced a copy of that letter and many months on I am satisfied the letter has been passed by the chief constables office to the legal services department in Derby. As that matter is now subject to ongoing legal activity I should not discuss it further with you at this stage.

Moving back to my relationship with Oakham Police or lack of it?

Once I found out from court events Cllr Charles Haworth and Ex Mayors Paul Beech and Jim Harrison had be involved in attacking me in what appears to be a very organised homophobic hate campaign.
I approached Sgt Hodson at Oakham Police station to make a fresh complaint about their crimes. She rightly said I had to wait until the
end of the trial before she could investigate.

To this date no one at Oakham Police Station has been willing to take my
report concerning these three people.

Sgt Hodson told me that she was awaiting instruction from those above her. I have heard nothing from her since relating to this matter.

I then made a complaint to Leicestershire Professional Standards and received a response from them informing me a Inspector Smith would be investigating my complaints and reviewing past complaints. This was confirmed by Sgt Hodson who has in the past attempted the same task and she has told me  then she "hit a wall of silence" making it difficult for her to investigate.

Apart from the initial letter from professional standards I have not received any contact from any investigating officer.

I wrote to the IPCC at the beginning of the year, I explained this to them and they responded by letting me know they had forwarded my letter to Leicestershire Police professional standards,? for over 3 years I have been
subjected to this merry go round? Is it because the IPCC is based in the same building as your headquarters? is our local IPCC made up of retired officers? Is this the reason for lack of interest as the BBC suggested last year? the IPCC is hardly independent?

You asked for evidence for claims of local corruption, you could start
by looking at Oakham Mayors Cllr Adam Lowe's file and my complaints
against him whilst he was a serving special constable, look at what led to his resignation. After his resignation he was issued with a stage one harassment notice, I traced his continued illegal activity back to
his place of work, Travis Perkins. When he was appointed Mayor last year
he obtained a notice issued by DS McDonald that notice banned me from photographing him or commenting on-line about him. This notice was retracted after the CPS said it was unlawful.

Moving onto DS McDonald before my trial ended last year, he approached
my advocate David Swingler and said he was willing to look again at my
complaints against Haworth and Co.

After the District Judge John Temperley found me not guilty and had described the activities of Cllr Haworth as Homophobic, Crude and Crass. DS McDonald approached me and said "it was nothing personal" and repeated to me what he had promised my advocate before the verdict.

Nothing absolutely nothing! has been done to deal with Cllr Haworth and Co. since the trial ended he perjured himself in court and laughs at me when he sees me.

Although now in an edited form his illegal on-line publications remain offending my friends and myself. Rutland County Council say its fine
because he commits these crimes in a private capacity and not in his capacity as a councillor?

DS McDonald's empty promises did give me and others effected by these disgusting men's actions a glimmer of hope.

Also after the trial, I was barraged by a number of homophobic threatening calls from a person who now claims he was acting to impress a person who works for Rutland Cabs, a firm that employs ex Mayor Jim Harrison. The calls were of a very serious disturbing nature Leicestershire Police working at a snails pace now claim they have the callers number. Other
forces act pretty promptly in these types of cases but not Leicestershire Police? This well documented by the press.

The refusal to trace Twitter or Facebook accounts by Rutland and Leicestershire Police. Is a serious concern.

The blocking of investigations over the years by your own hate
crimes division suggests corruption, Initially I would receive a promising
response from a hate crimes officer and then nothing this has been repeated more than once.

The delay in sending evidence to Cambridgeshire Police a few years ago
is a another example of Oakham police's incompetent conduct.

The disposal of evidence handed in at Oakham Police station when
Inspector Monks was in charge of the LPU all might lead people
to think there was corruption between our local police and councils.

On my blog is a recording of my first visit to Oakham police station
after Inspector Monks was moved to Loughborough. The desk clerk
is taking a letter addressed to Paedophile Brookes and when placing it in an evidence bag and he says "does n't it make a change that we no longer bin your'e evidence."

Oakham Police have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds of public
money attempting to shut me up, by that I mean supporting Rutland County Council and  Oakham Town Council in political matters with the
sole aim of closing down my blog and preventing me returning to the council

They charged me in 2012 with stalking and harassing various councillors
and an ex Mayor the allegations were hideous and the CPS agreed.
It is fact PC Joe Lloyd found and other officers at  Oakham Police station found one of Oakham Mayor Councillor Joyce Lucas complaints so funny he told me at the police station, I made a standards complaint because if an officer found it funny why was Leicestershire Police charging me. I withdrew the standards complaint after the CPS threw out the charge.
The charge related to me posting a photo of a cow and Cllr Lucas
and asking people to spot the difference. referring to Cllr Lucas's lack of manners.

I was also charged for taking a photo of another former Mayor dancing in a public place drunk with his wife. that was also dropped the former Mayor had previously attempted to use Standards for England suggesting I should have asked his permission before taking the photo. Oakham's political mob is a strange bunch. Its a great pity some of the local police humoured them.

In 2013 I was charged again and found not guilty on all charges.

Once again some councillors past and present, allegations were also so hideous they were once again thrown out by the CPS before trial.

I believe at court a special relationship between Rutland County Council's CEO Helen Briggs and Inspector Kam Mystry was established, she even mistakenly provided a document in her evidence bundle, a private letter between him and Nigel Chapman the head of the CPS for this region.
That letter falsely claimed I had a friendship with another local blogger
who is also subjected to police action prompted by Rutland County Council.

The Judge said most of the evidence put before him by Mrs Briggs was irrelevant, Why did the officers involved in the case not check the content before the trial? They seemed hell bent on just getting me before a court and locked up. Even asking Cllr Councillor Haworth to access my
Facebook account to find evidence to show that I might be talking to
people about my trial on-line. I find it pathetic the police resorted to my
stalker to do this.

Inspector Mystry took it upon himself to attend the trial when he was on
duty when asked why? in the witness box he responded "because this is a big case" If I was a mind reader I would say the judge saw him as probably one of the worse police witnesses to enter the box, he halted the trial and when the trial resumed he was only asked one more question and sent away.

I would like to point out the following. A vital piece of information was revealed by a former member of staff from Melton
Borough Council, It related to evidence that would prove Cllr Charles
Haworth was linked to 50+ on-line accounts, she had seen that evidence that links the Councillor who for many years has attended JAG
meetings at Oakham Police station. He uses those accounts to attack myself and other people who have crossed local governance paths.

I told two Oakham Police officers at the court about this evidence and one said "we don't get involved in this case," I often hear that said?

Over the last four years I given the police evidence that pointed to Cllr Charles Haworth and others connected to our local council's involvement in criminal conduct and this has been ignored and often binned and you question why there are public allegations of police corruption?

You may have noticed I  have been provided with various emails that show
Cllr Charles Haworth shared his fun of breaking the law with many people.
Including Paul Beech and Jim Harrison both ex Mayors, Can you explain to me why when Leicestershire Police arrested him in January 2013 and his computers were seized no evidence was found and why was he not charged?

Why was I told by PC Sue Cockerill it was a CPS decision not to charge Cllr Haworth? Although she also informed me DS McDonald had added a letter to her file. I sensed a a slight annoyance from a Leicestershire Police Officer for the first time ever had put a lot of time and effort into this case. Although it was handed to her on a plate by Inspector Mystry and Sgt Shellard who just popped around to Haworth's house in the new year to arrest him because "he had started to take the mickey out of them"

In court DS McDonald admitted under oath he had taken the decision not
to Charge Cllr Charles Haworth even though he had knowledge of a recorded admission and a statement signed by Cllr Charles Haworth
admitting various criminal activities,Why?

Cllr Haworth repeated those admissions when he provided the police with lies in another signed statement used against me.

Why does Cllr Charles Haworth still remain uncharged? is Leicestershire
Police too afraid of what he might reveal in the witness box? I think so.

From

Martin Brookes

Please note your letter and my response has been published
by advocate has also advised me that the BBC has also approached
us with a view to making a documentary relating to this case.

Lesbian gay bisexual trans history month, Rutland County Council

You won't be seeing one of these flags flying at homophobic
Rutland County Council, neither will you find anything relating
to history month at their offices or on-line.

I mentioned the councils lack of support
to this part of our community some years ago and some one
from the council put three gay support leaflets in the entrance
of the library, at the time I thought it's a start but there has
been nothing since.

Other Councils nearby support the month and other events
Ex Tory Gene Plews might be onto something when he
says Rutland County Council is led by military dictators
because all I see this council do is brown nose the military.

Melton Council has raised the rainbow flag at its Parkside
offices.

Councillor Pam Posnett, Deputy Leader, said: “Flying the flag is a symbol of the Council’s commitment to the LGBT community and is part of our ongoing work to create a fair and just society for all.”

Other public bodies in our area showing support according to the Melton Times

Cllr Charles Haworth Described by Judge Temperley as Homophobic won't resign, Leicestershire Police won't act?

Cllr Charles Haworth Oakham Town Council
former Deputy Mayor (Right)

Cllr Charles Haworth Described by Judge Temperley as Homophobic won't resign,
Leicestershire Police won't act even though they witnessed his lies in court.

There is evidence Cllr Haworth, and two ex Mayors Paul Beech, Jim Harrison and
Cllr Joyce Lucas, Cllr Gene Plews and others have all acted unlawfully over a period
of four years.

Rutland County Council standards as always says their conduct is fine, because it is
carried out in the Councillors personal capacity or they simply describe it as
political tit for tat. Those responses are no surprise when you consider Helen Briggs
is the Chief Executive.

I have received emails from a former Melton Borough Council employee which
show most of those named above shared news stories about stalking from the
first day I became a Town Councillor.

What I find strange is this evidence is widely circulated, but Leicestershire Police
said they found nothing on his two computers?

I am told Cllr Charles Haworth was happy to stalk and harass me with the knowledge
of Oakham Town Council and Rutland  County Council and some officers at Leicestershire
Police, but he did not want to get caught, is this why they shared the articles?

Looking at some of the links I would say he was also looking for stories so he could
use them, to fabricate lies to the police about me.

Leicestershire Police were told last year about a vital piece of evidence that would
link Cllr Haworth to many Blogs, Facebook Accounts and Twitter Accounts
used to attack me and other members of the public. Did they act No! Why?

But Judge Temperley said: ‘I don’t agree. Some of the material goes way beyond satire. They are crude and crass and homophobic.’

Those Rotten Boroughs Awards in full
Municipal mischief, Issue 1357
LEGAL BULLIES OF THE YEAR
Runners-up Scarborough borough council threatened to close down a website, Real Whitby, which had carried embarrassing stories about councillors. Chief legal officer Lisa Dixon demanded that “defamatory and untrue” material be removed. Real Whitby asked for examples, but Dixon could not provide any. WinnersRutland county council, which set aside £90,000 of taxpayers’ money to seek an injunction against three of its own councillors (the “Rutland Anti-Corruption Party”) who had been asking awkward questions. The council tested the water by prosecuting another critic, blogger Martin Brookes, for “harassing and stalking” chief exec Helen Briggs. District judge John Temperley found Brookes not guilty, declaring: “Freedom of expression is an essential function of a democratic society. It is applicable also to those who offend and shock.” A hero on the bench!

Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans History Month takes place every year in February. It celebrates the lives and achievements of the LGBT community.
We are committed to celebrate its diversity and that of the society as a whole. We encourage everyone to see diversity and cultural pluralism as the positive forces that they are and endeavour to reflect this in all we do.

Roger Begy, Terry King, Helen Briggs, Leicestershire Police, Congratulations, Private Eye Award, Rutland County Council, Legal Bullies.

It's a great shame Oakham Town Council was not included in the
award, a special one for these two at least?

I am including a link to the Real Whitby site because their
council chief executive Dixon could not provide
evidence to back up claims against that site and I Helen Briggs Chief Executive
of Rutland County is very similar character.

She provided a bundle of evidence and attempted to use it
against me in court, The judge kindly pointed out most, if not all of it was
not relevant and had no relationship to her or her complaint.

The local tax payers paid for her all her pointless work
collating the bundle.

The tax payers even paid for her time in court, where she lied
in desperation, giving verbal evidence she added "he always follows me around
town and photographs me when I am not at work"!

I raised the issue of her conduct with Rutland County Council,
they responded by saying she was acting in her personal
capacity and not as a council employee.

So why? did they respond to my FOI about the costs
Mrs Briggs incurred to produce her extremely large irrelevant bundle
of none evidence, with yes this was paid for by the tax payer.
Adding the council felt the prosecution of me was part of
of her employment and it was only right for them to support her.

I also raised the matter of the police officer in court who gave evidence
which proved she was in serious breach of laws that surround her restricted post.

She claimed my comments effected how standing with in the Conservative
Party both locally and nationally.

After receiving my complaint Rutland County Council say there
is nothing to investigate and referred me to the Police or the CPS.

I guess the new monitoring officer turned to her boss Helen Briggs
for advice on these matters.

Mr Briggs enjoys having the best of both worlds!

To this date despite an offer from DS. McDonald, Leicestershire
police have taken no action against Cllr Charles Haworth
or Helen Briggs for perjury or misconduct in public office?

I guess they lost the file? just like they lost my last letter address
to the Chief Constable Simon Cole, fortunately I kept a copy and
another one is on it's way to him. Outlining my defamation claim
against one of his Sergeants, Now you can see why Oakham Police
station lost it. Maybe they should take a rummage in their bin
and remove it, along with all that evidence they binned in the past
to support Homophobes Cllr Haworth and Former Mayors Harrison and Beech

Oakham Police, Rutland LPU, Leicestershire Police, Dishonest and untrustworthy

One thing 2013 has taught me there are plenty of dishonest officers serving
within Leicestershire and Rutland Police.

I have also learnt you can not trust them with letters, especially if it's a complaint
against one of them.

Normally I would ask for a receipt for any letter delivered to Leicestershire Police.

One occasion I found the police station closed, so I thought it would be safe to
use the police stations post box, wrong!

It has now been confirmed that Oakham Town Councillor Charles Haworth was
Tish Holland on Facebook.

He posted a very damaging post about me on the Catmose College Face Book Page.

In false a despicable warning to thousands of parents and school children he asked parents to contact
his friend Inspector Johnny Monks saying he would confirm the false statement,  Inspector Monks was the LPU Commander for Rutland at the time and appeared to be happy with his name being included in such a dangerous notification.

I made many complaint to the police about his facebook post and this was ignored. eventually the school
hid the post from public view.

Trick or Treat Yes/No Poster, Rutland County Council, Leicestershire Police, Oakham Police

The police and local councils are hoping to reduce the number of calls they receive on Halloween night by encouraging people to trick and treat only where they are welcome.

Last year the police received 112 non urgent calls about anti-social behaviour on October 31st - on average the force receives 68 calls a day about anti-social behaviour. This is however a 54% reduction compared to 2008 when the force took 247 calls in one night.
A joint campaign is being launched, including Rutland County Council, to reduce the number of complaints about Halloween related anti-social behaviour.  Double sided posters are being distributed with two messages: residents who want trick or treaters can display the message, ‘Trick or treaters welcome here,’ and those who don’t, can display the side that says, ‘No thanks.’
View/Download: Trick or Treat Yes/No Poster (pdf)

Assistant Chief Constable, Phil Kay, the Force’s lead on anti-social behaviour, said; “We do see a significant increase in calls relating to anti-social behaviour on Halloween night and we want to encourage trick and treaters to respect people’s wishes and not to knock on doors where they are not welcome.  It is also important however to remember that there will be many young people knocking on doors in the spirit of Halloween and, if done in the right manner, that isn’t anti-social behaviour.
“We want to encourage residents to be tolerant of young people who are trick or treating but we wish to support residents who do experience genuine problems.   We’d encourage parents to accompany young children and take time to talk to their older children about responsible trick or treating and to find out what their plans are for Halloween and where they are going to be.”
Extra officers will be patrolling on Halloween night, including Special Constables, and many will be conducting joint patrols with volunteers, colleagues from community safety partnerships and street pastors.”
The posters can be picked up from front counters in police stations or downloaded from the Leicestershire Police and local council websites. They are also being put in libraries, council offices and community centres.
A presentation encouraging children to understand what anti-social behaviour is and to show them how to enjoy Halloween sensibly without upsetting local people has been put together with the Youth Offending Service and has been sent to all schools in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to be delivered by teachers in classrooms and assemblies.
Local councils are also running a series of Halloween related activities which will be advertised on their websites.
Partners will be tweeting helpful advice throughout the Halloween period using the hashtag  #saferhalloweenLLR
It rained last year.

Firearms amnesty – September 21 to October 6 2013

Police ask public to hand in unwanted firearms

Leicestershire Police is holding a two week long firearms amnesty to appeal for the surrender of unlawfully held and unwanted firearms and ammunition.

It is believed that a number of firearms are held by people in innocence and ignorance of their illegality. They could be in the home, but overlooked or forgotten, or someone could have come into possession of one through the death of a relative, for example.

To avoid these weapons getting into the wrong hands, and to provide members of the community with a safe place to dispose of any firearms they are unlawfully, or lawfully, in possession of, an amnesty is being held from Saturday 21 September until Sunday 6 October.

During that period, those surrendering firearms will not face prosecution for the illegal possession and they also have the opportunity to remain anonymous.

Chief Inspector Chris Brown of Leicestershire Police’s Operational Support Department said: “Fortunately gun crime within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is statistically low, which is a result of continued efforts from the Force. However, there was one death by firearm this year, which is extremely unusual for the city and county, but this is one death too many. We want as many weapons off the street as possible and would encourage people to hand them in.

“In addition to the amnesty, we continually work hard to educate young people about firearms and the dangers that come with them, to ensure that gun crime doesn’t become a problem for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.”

Police officers regularly go into schools to present a hard hitting video called ‘Split Second’ to raise awareness. It features local officers and depicts young people getting involved with firearms and imitation firearms.

Anyone handing in a firearm during the amnesty is advised to check the opening times of the police stationand then phone ahead before leaving home. They will then be advised on how to best transport the weapon responsibly from home to the police station.

Leicestershire Police, CPS, Take away my Right to Vote

I am hoping next Wednesday Leicester's District Judge will change my bail conditions
so that I can vote in the forthcoming Town Council Election.

If not I might have to pack my case for prison and exercise my right to vote!

The police imposed ridiculous bail conditions that prevent me from entering any council
property or attend any town or county council meeting or any political meeting.

If the Three Councillors now rotten UKIP members were to take notice of Leicestershire Police's
Tory Meddling we would not be reading in today's Rutland Times about the external Auditors
findings. Some times people have to report things with little or no evidence. No one had any
evidence that the internal auditor was failing to spot the obvious. It took a lot of complaining
by these three councillors and a suspicious member of staff.

Rutland County Council Tories have the full backing of Leicestershire Police.

What does the council have to hide? it must have a lot to hide when as it feels the need to resort to
recruiting the local police to carry out it continued campaign of harassment against it's critics.

Mr Begy won his seat in probably one of the dirtiest campaigns Rutland had ever seen.
Posters were displayed all over the Greetham ward attacking me in a very personal way.
One was even displayed outside his house, the plonker accused me of being an idiot
when I challenge him about this, he responded by saying I did not know where he lived.
Strange that when his address was published on most election material?

At a later Council meeting Mr Begy publicly called me an idiot, rather like his thug,
Tory Cllr Gene Plews who emailed people also referring to me as an idiot.
Rutland County Council Standards Committee mainly made up of Tories ruled it was acceptable
for the Tories to address and describe me in this manner. Stating it was just political.
I find that interesting after spending most of yesterday reading additional statements written against me for the court trial, one of the complainants is very distressed because I asked in a blog if the they and the Tories are thick? Rather odd when I ask a question like that on my blog I am accused of being a criminal. But they can call me what they like.

Reading a Detective Sergeants Statement, I can see this case is very political and I hope the
District Judge will see it that it is just that, a very nasty attack by local Conservative bullies.

If I was one of the complainants, I would be very concerned about one of the police officers
allegations. Because if I held the complainants position I would be required by law not to be political
let alone be a politician.

He accuses me of: A further example of Martin Broookes behaviour intended to cause harassment alarm and distress relates to personal criticism and defamation of  a person where he has over a period of more than two years published articles on his web blog intending to undermine ##### ### and trust in #### as an individual, there standing within ######, the Oakham and Rutland community and the Conservative Party as a politician.

It is far worse reading a statement from a daft police Inspector who states I have destroyed the community by blogging. Possibly I have upset the local Tory mob, but there is more to our community
than that group and I don't believe the whole community is on happy pills prescribed by their doctor as
so many of that group claim, stating the cause is my blogging. Sadly Madam de Maintenon* is a Liberal Democrat

(* I am told in future I should give certain complainants names rather like Private Eye does, Madam de Maintenon has been suggested for Cllr Joyce Lucas)

I understand that the count will take place tonight although I have not been officially notified.

The count did not take place on polling day at the 2011 election, the votes were guarded
over night by a lone security guard.

Photography

This election the backward Tory Council has banned all photography at the count.

With the help of Leicester Police they have also banned me form attending the count.

In 2011 The High Sheriff of Rutland Peter Lawson Attended
in law the High Sheriff is the Honorary Returning Officer.
High Sheriff's don't do anything at the count they just stand there
and look *pretty and talk to their Tory chums.

*pretty obviously describes this years High Sheriff Trish Ruddle
and not the former Peter Lawson.

Oakham Town Councillor Joyce Lucas attended
Oakham Town Councillor also an ex Mayor Cllr
Alf Dewis was a candidate who lost and he was a bad
loser as he walked out half way through the count
when he realised his support was insignificant.

Theresa Stokes left Assistant Returning Officer works very hard
middle the rear of Geoff Pook, who took a golden hand shake
this year. He also received a large pay out from his previous
council employer after he took them to court. The amount he has
been paid by Rutland County Council tax payer to leave his post
early is a secret. Although we do know just before he departed
Cllrs agreed to increase the maximum severance pay for staff
leaving to £100,000 Geoff Pook has taken a lot of rotten secrets
of to Derbyshire. He once said to me "everything you say is true
is just the way you say it is wrong" Theresa said once said "he
has a lot of time for you" maybe so but I never trusted the man.
When I obtained  emails Rutland County Council selectively released
via freedom of information that proved my distrust.

That reminds me Rutland County Council have never explained
why a huge volume of emails were deleted from their system
when  I made my request. They went on to claim they could not
retrieve them what happened to the off site back up? I can can only
assume the emails all missing were far more offensive than Tory Gene Plews
emails. They do have a lot to hide at the Tory Rutland County Council.

Helen Pender lost,

Cllr. Brian A Montgomery (Ind) Now Representing Whissendine
known locally as the Tory trojan horse or mole who infiltrated the now defunct Rutland Anti Corruption Party. He got out just before the council started considering legal action against the group who are now UKIP.

Last in the line now representing Oakham North West (West of Railway Line, North of Braunston Road) and Barleythorpe Cllr Richard J Gale ( was Independent then 4Rutland, Rutland Anti Corruption and Now UKIP) Chatting to a member of the public about the new UKIP Councillors if their view is anything to go by I am correct to say this is a fatal error for the three as they were described as Nazi's! Sad really as Cllr Gale is a good chap who has helped many residents over the years.

BBC Radio Leicester, As photography is banned this year I wonder if the
Tory Council will go to the extremes of banning broadcasting from
the count?

Cllr Alan Walters (Ind) Rutland LE15 6ED  now representing: Oakham North East (East of Railway Line, North of South Street, Mill Street and Burley Road) Charming Cllr who could not stand the petty
conduct of Oakham Town Council and resigned just before the election. he once sat in a public meeting
and described Tory Cllr Roper who was then The Chairman of the police authority as C*nt!
Cllr Roper resignation triggered today's by-election.

I can not attend the count tonight due to Leicestershire Police's
interference in local politics.

I will wait outside for someone to come out and tell me the result.
I hope it does not rain.

I don't want to win as I would find it unbearable to put up with
the muck slinging and fighting this council continues to carry on
with rather than doing what they are meant to do and serve the
community that elected them or did not in the case of many of
the Tories.

The ban is very unfair it is normal for Police to sit in at a count
so I don't see why there would be an issue?

Leicestershire Police "get lost brookes the Tories don't want you in here.

(above right former Oakham Mayor exposing her dignity Inspector Monks said at the time this drunken
conduct was not offensive to the community)

I find it extraordinary how these Tories fond my little comments so deeply offensive.

I have been called a Peodo by them Cllr Joyce Lucas Standards Statement confirms that.

There main twitter supporter @oakytaxi driver compared me to Raoul Moat, I was surprised to
see Lisa Batty Oakham in Bloom Press Officer reply @lisabatty That's nasty!

But over the years this person has been permitted to continue there disgusting conduct
apparently even driving school children to school for Rutland County Council

and commenting about that work:

The school run sucks! I never get any tips, not even a thank you from the little yobbos
Grrrrrrrr! the kids voted for the two poofs just to annoy me!!!

Does disgraced #Oakham councillor Martin Brookes need urgent medical treatment?

urrrrrrrgh hungover :(   a taxi driver hung over at 10.35 am in the morning?

A few examples of the @OakyTaxiDrivers Tweets if they were hungover at 10.35am
imagine the state they were in when they carried out the school run.
It is disgusting this Tory Rutland Council put children at risk like this.

I would never use a Rutland Taxi until this person is found and taken of the road.

That's the reason why I refused a lift from Deans Taxis as they touted along the Stamford Road
when I was walking back from Barnsdale.

could it be the same person?
