Last year the Digital TV company Moving Lights Film Production Company, 

stole many of my images for a promotional video of their work.

After I pointed out the theft. They agreed to send me a cheque for the Derbyshire Leicestershire Air Ambulance they did not send the donation.

Moving Moving Lights do not have my consent to use my images to make themselves money.

12.00pm  to 8.00pm - Free Entry

The Festival Site is located Victoria Park, Leicester

The Festival site on Victoria Park is open to the public

from 12pm noon until 8pm

Adults and Children are welcome

Above  Oakham Mayor Cllr Joyce Lucas


The adult areas of the site are clearly 

marked and you must be 18 or over to

access these areas. 
If your lucky enough to look young
please have ID with you.

The Parade through the City starts at 12.00pm outside 

the Curve Theatre and will conclude at Victoria Park by

1.00pm.

Please do not consume alcohol during the parade,

no one wants to upset Leicester City Council or 

Leicestershire Constabulary.

The parade will conclude at 1.00pm 

at Victoria Park.

The events on the main stage start at 1.00pm

The official opening by Leicester City Councils Lord Mayor.

The Right Worshipful the Lord Mayor of Leicester, Councillor

Robert Wann who has been a Councillor for 25 years.

There is a full programme of exciting performances this includes:
