Oakham Town Council Chamber renamed Gold Room

Oakham Town Council once again struggles for cash to pay the wages bill?

Oakham Town Council sublets the council chamber to a cash for gold buyer, who promptly renamed the room the gold room.

I hope there is no fools gold, if there was, would it be hard to tell the difference between that and few a  fools who have sat around the table?

Cllr Joyce Lucas Oakham Town Council

The draft findings of complaint made against Cllr Joyce Lucas has been drawn up, the law prevents me from publishing it!

Although I will say when I complain about the so called respectable people of Oakham for calling me a paedophile I am not imagining it as the like to tell people.

Because in her Statement Cllr Lucas says she does not use the word but she has heard other people refer to Mr Brookes as a paedophile.

As a Cllr why does she not challenge this?

It is disgusting Ex Mayors and Ex Cllrs can spread this very damaging description of me.

It is totally unacceptable these people are real old style Tory Scum I imagine unique to Rutland, they have wrapped the local police around there fingers The Town Councils Clerk says its nothing to do with Oakham Town Council of course it is, he is stressed they call him a wimp for not supporting them anymore.

Nasty Vile people like Mr Tyers use there age when speaking to local police 'I am a 80 year old man I would not behave like he says' We all see the news and old gits like Tyers, Beech, Harrison and Kelly to name a few are much fitter these days and are often issued ASBO's so don't try that one Tyers.

I hope when your gone the next generation of Rutland so called dignitaries don't mirror your behaviours

And why is Councillor Lucas so concerened that I seemed to 'wander round on my own' hope she not going to kiss me again!

Rutland County Council Questions?

I wish to ask the following questions at next full Rutland County Council District Council meeting

It surprises me Rutland County Council needs to appoint 3 officers to monitor my Blog!
In these times of spending cut backs.

Can the Council explain why it feels the need to use use public resourses in this way?

Do Rutland County County seriously find me or my blog a threat?

Please can you confirm the date of the next full meeting at which I can ask my questions.

Hello Mr Brookes.

Theresa Stokes has passed on your information from earlier.

I think you are mixing two different issues.  I have never said that access to your website has been blocked to all Council computers.  In fact there are three desktop PCs which are not blocked (there used to be none blocked).  They have been left to enable three specified officers to gain access to monitor the contents on an occasional basis from the point of view of the Council's own functional interests.  Any access from these PCs would be gained through the controlled IP address for the main building.  No posting would ever be made from these PCs.

This is entirely separate from the Library and wireless connections with which we have been concerned.

Regards
Geoff Pook

Martin Brookes Blog Monitored by Three Rutland County Council Officers

First Rutland County District Council's legal officer tells me Rutland County Council Staff can not access my blog at work and this included him.
He now writes to tell me three officers monitor my blog in these times of cut backs is that not an excessive waste of Council Officers time?
