Melton Times Photographer Jim Harrison asks in his recent blog entry for me to provide proof?

I attempted to publish a comment on Mr Harrison blog.

Mr Harrison will only approve comments if you support and attack me.

I will not publish my proof.

I will publish his recent entry the content of his blog is evidence enough.

It is also important I point out, last year I traced photoshop images

of me from the Rutland Chat forum to Mr Harrisons

Photobucket account when I report the then Cllr Harrison to Standards

he apologised and I withdrew my complaint, I should have let the

complaint progress. Mr Harrison also used his Twitter account to attack me

he called a friends private phone to speak to me when the friend enquired

who are you I heard Mr Harrison shout Fuck off.

Rutland County Council Standards have never dealt with

standards complaint I made against Cllr Harrison as he was a Cllr then

As for his twitter account he said it was hacked. Very strange someone

he does not know hacked his twitter account to attack me?

His twitter account is now locked private and after it was explained

to him if he tweeted others direct and their account was not

locked I could see the content, the tweets stopped.

Good News

Good News



I now have mobile broadband.



Much more reliable than using Oakham Library.



Rutland County Council has purchased some good new kit, the only problem is its IT support is crap and the broadband is slow.



With a threat of a ban by Rutland Couty Council from using the public computers I decided with the help of a good friend to get a new notebook and get mobile broadband.



I think this is a very good move and photographs I take can now be uploaded in minutes from anywhere.



Those who write to Rutland Council demanding a ban can stop now, you heard the over worked Mrs Briggs on the radio complaining about the extra work the council is having to carry out recently due to complaints.

You were asked not to photograph me and your blog clearly shows you are in breach of this request.

Your blog is in breach of harassment laws. The police have asked me to write to you to give you a fair the chance to remove all the content that relates to me. if you ignore this letter they can then assist me with enforcing the relevant harassment acts.

Your continued behaviour is a great cause of concern to me.

I request you refrain from blogging about me. providing photographs to other groups, forums or any form of media.

I request all defamatory content is removed today.

Mr Harrison it appears you are not a man of your word, I find this most disappointing.

I acknowledged your request a few months ago to call you Jim and noted your promise not to post any further nasty things about me if I did the same.

According to my blog records I have never posted anything nasty about you.


Do you really think your behaviour is acceptable as a former army man, town councillor and mayor? I don't think so.

for the record I did not sue any church.

any publication of my employment issues relating to the church  is a breach of a COT3 agreement enforceable by the courts.

also children are very safe around me.

As for CRB have you not forgot you were on the council who co-opted a man who burgled old peoples homes and church's through out Rutland. Every one has a past and people change.

The police did not charge me for posting the two small images in the notice board possible sent to me by your friends? and there was no criminal damage caused.

I trust you will take note all this harassment and bullying has now gone too far. I believe the police now agree as you can see I am now being correctly advised and they will take action if you ignore this letter.

Jim Harrison Ex Oakham Town Councillor and Ex Mayor he considers himself an professional journalist despite my request he does not photograph me he continues to stalk me and publishes the following attack.

Brookes cutting a lonely figure on Saturday morning (17th April 2010) as he stood outside the Victoria Halls hoping some poor unsuspecting soul would speak to him during his surgery. Didn't even see his puppet master turn up to speak to him, how sad is that.

I don’t even think the Daily Sport would publish this. Mr Harrison is a bully like his friends and other former Cllr’s who think they are above reproach.



If you are considering using the services Mr Harrison offers on his website I would think twice. Do you really want to use the services of a bullying stalker?



Mr Harrison used to provide photographs of me to the Rutland Chat Forum to be used for similar activities. I am pleased to see this forum no longer host’s this type of activity.



To justify his stalking he recently claimed to be working for the Daily Mail after some extensive investigation I find this to be untrue. Of course if he and Cllr Dewis succeeded in goading me to the extent I broke the law it may be of interest to the local press. I will not lower myself to their level, so Mr Harrison I suggest your loitering outside the council office with your camera is wasted time.
